I chose to build a Hawaii trip-planning website because I wanted to solve a simple problem: it’s hard to see everything in one place. When people search online, they usually get long lists, ads, and separate pages for each island. My goal with this project was to design a cleaner, more visual way to explore the islands using maps, categories, and short, clear descriptions.

Hawaii is also a destination where there are a lot of choices—different islands, different activities, and different vibes—so it was a perfect example for testing how a map-based website could help visitors make better decisions.
